The User, using the Predictive Index service, gives his consent -

• the founder of the Company - Admitad GmbH (hereinafter together the Company and the founder - the Organization), which is registered at Lise-Meitner-Str. 8, 74074 Heilbronn, Germany, and
• Predictive Index, LLC (hereinafter referred to as the Service Provider), which is registered at 101 Station Drive Westwood, MA 02090,
• to process their personal data on the following terms.

1. The Organization and the Service Provider process the following personal data of the User:

• Name
• Email address
• Psychological profile and level of cognitive abilities obtained as a result of testing in the Predictive Index system

2. The purpose of personal data processing:

From the Organization:
Testing and evaluation of Users, obtaining a psychological profile, the level of cognitive abilities, the choice of Users for vacant positions, the formation of a reserve of applicants for future vacancies.

From the Service Provider:
Providing Users testing services for the Organization.


3. Third party access to the User's personal data:

The following third parties may have access to the User's personal data: employees of the HR department of the Organization, heads of structural subdivisions of the Organization, direct manager of the User or the vacancy for which the User is interviewed, Service Provider.

The Service Provider processes the User's personal data in accordance with its privacy policy (hereinafter - the Policy):

4. Cross-border transfer (transfer of personal data to foreign subjects of relations related to personal data):

The User agrees to the cross-border transfer of his personal data in Admitad GmbH in Germany and in Predictive Index, LLC - in the United States.


5. The User agrees to the processing of his personal data, including the collection, storage, clarification (update, change), use, blocking, destruction, transfer of personal data to third parties and cross-border transfer without limitation of processing time.


6. The processing of personal data is terminated in the case of:

• termination of the employment contract between the employee and the Organization;
• receiving a request from the applicant for a vacancy to stop processing and deleting his personal data;
• 12 months after data collection from job applicants.

7. The User has the right to:

• use his personal data for lawful purposes;
• send requests to the Organization for information concerning the processing of his personal data;
• appeal against the actions of the Organization in the field of personal data processing in the manner prescribed by law;
• send his proposals;
• withdraw his consent to the processing of his personal data;
• request the termination of the processing of his personal data by sending a request to the e-mail address [email protected] to delete his account;
• exercise other rights granted to him by law.

8. The organization has the right to:

• Delegate the processing of personal data and transfer personal data of Users to the Service Provider.
• Make changes to the Policy without the consent of the User at its discretion, including, but not limited to, in the event that such changes are due to changes in the legislation of India.

9. The organization is obliged to:

Using the services of the Service Provider, ensure the security and storage of personal data of Users.
