By using the Predictive Index service, the User gives their consent to SPARTA LLC, registered at 5a bld.8 Novodmitrovskaya st., Moscow, Russia, 127015, the founder Admitad GmbH (hereinafter collectively referred to as the ”Organization”), registered at Lise-Meitner-Str. 8, 74074 Heilbronn, Germany, and Predictive Index, LLC (hereinafter the “Service Provider”), registered at 101 Station Drive Westwood, MA 02090 to the processing of their personal data on the following conditions:


1. The Organization and Service Provider process the following personal User data:

• Surname
• Name
• Email address
• Psychological profile and information on the level of cognitive abilities obtained through the testing in the Predictive Index system

2. Purpose of the personal data processing:

On the side of the Organization:
Testing and assessment of Users obtaining psychological profiles and information on levels of cognitive abilities, choosing Users for vacant positions, creating a pool of job seekers for the future vacant positions.

On the side of the Service Provider:
Provision of the User testing service for the Organization.


3. Third party access to the User's personal data

The following third parties may have access to the User's personal data: employees of the HR Department of the Organization, heads of structural divisions of the Organization, the User's immediate supervisor or the immediate supervisor of the vacancy for which the User is interviewed, the Service Provider.

The Service Provider processes the User's personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy:

4. Cross-border transfer

The User agrees to the cross-border transfer of their personal data to Admitad GmbH, Germany and to Predictive Index, LLC, the United States.


5. The User gives consent to the processing of their personal data, including the collection, storage, clarification (update, change), use, blocking, destruction, transfer of personal data to third parties and cross-border transfer without limiting the processing time.


6. The processing of personal data is terminated in case of:

•  termination of the employment contract between the User and the Organization.
• receiving a request from Users of job seekers for termination of processing and deletion of their personal data.
• 12 months passing after data collection for Users-job seekers.

7. The User is entitled to:

• use their personal data for legal purposes, send requests for information regarding the processing of their personal data to the Organization
• object and appeal against the actions of the Organization concerning the personal data processing in the manner prescribed by legislation
• send proposals, withdraw consent to the processing of their personal data, demand the termination of processing their personal data by sending a request for deletion of their account to the email address [email protected]
• exercise other rights granted them by legislation

8. The Organization is entitled to:

• entrust the processing of personal data to the service Predictive Index, LLC transfer personal data
• introduce changes to the Policy without the User’s consent at their own discretion, including but not limited to the cases when such changes are caused by changes in the legislation of the Russian Federation

9. The Organization is obliged to:

Ensure the safety and security of Users' personal data using the services of the Predictive Index, LLC.

The User is entitled to receive the information regarding the processing of their personal data upon request to the email address [email protected].
